Have you been considering a move to somewhere quiet and safe? Ever thought about Kodiak? Are you wanting to move but not sure where to start when it comes to housing? Subsidized housing might be just right for you, we can work with any source of income to get you qualified and into a unit just right for you!

We love Kodiak because in ten minutes you can be miles away from anyone, in pristine nature and the scenery is breathtaking and endless. We have an awesome infrastructure, the community has money and it’s not afraid to spend it taking care of the place, there are agencies to help people with everything, and our homeless population is virtually non-existent. There are only 6,000 people on this island. Alaska Airlines flies here, we’ve got a manicured golf course, movie theater, bowling alley, fair grounds, ski chalet, all the stores we need, an awesome police and fire department, schools are adequately funded, staffed and not overcrowded. We have an accredited community college, a brewery, two coffee companies with great coffee shops, and not to mention world class fishing. Dogs are welcome everywhere and people are laid back and easy going. You don’t have to wait in line for hours for anything, and if you are yourself and don’t try to be someone you’re not, the community accepts it and you become family. The Coast Guard makes it feel safe here, and this is a military town where the base integrates into the community. Nightlife is fun when you want to have a good time, but overall, living here is a quiet lifestyle... like there really isn’t a care in the world. When you work a relatively stressful job, and when you walk out of work the stress melts away and you just feel calm.

We care about the safety and security of our residents, working hard to make our neat little community Kodiak’s choice location for Affordable Housing. All units at Fir Terrace are fully subsidized units and eligibility is subject to income restrictions, limitations and guidelines.

Quantum is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. Quantum will not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, or any other specific classes protected by applicable laws. ADA units on site.
