This is an old but functional hanger located on taxiway at Edgeley ND airport, It is all metal outside with a gravel/dirt floor inside. I had a aeronca champ that I hangered in it but sold the champ and don't need the hanger. I sealed any leaks in the roof I could find. The doors open side to side. There is a set of workbenches along wall. Electricity is available.
I invested 2500 in it but will entertain a reasonable offer.
