I own a Hyper 1, 17’ peddling ocean kayak manufactured by Ozone Watercraft, Inc., comes with one detachable outrigger along with custom designed trailer with two new 15” tires. There are two storage compartments built in the fuselage, one forward, and one aft behind the operator's seat. Each compartment has its own bladder that can be filled with air to be used as a safety factor when either of the compartments is empty. The rudder control is operated from the cockpit. The kayak is in good shape and has always been stored indoors. The original fiberglass propeller has been replaced with a more aggressive brass propeller. An aluminum keel strip has been fiber-glassed in place from the kayak’s nose down the middle of the hull to the tail of the kayak to form a keel. The kayak is designed for recumbent peddling. The original fiberglass seat has been upgraded with a removable recumbent seat. The kayak along with a 17’ customized Kayak trailer is for sale.
