This is a beautiful 2 bedroom unit. Week 52 is a holiday week. Kids are still out of school and it usually falls between Christmas and New Years; celebrate the holidays at the beach! This is perfect to have family from out of town, snowy relief after Christmas. December is a comfortable month in Oceanside, California, with temperature in the range of an average high of 62.4°F, low of 50.4°F (at night). The average water temperature is 60.4°F (15.8°C). You can rent a wetsuit nearby, but my grandkids from Oregon, Utah, and Texas all just ran in with glee-no need for a wet suit. They had a blast.

The accommodations of Southern California Beach Club two-bedroom villas have room for six guests. The two bedroom also has two bathroom. All units feature kitchenettes, cable TV, and a private patio or balcony. Also on a first come first serve basis are beach chairs, beach bicycles, and beach towels. Next to the resort is a park with a chessboard table. The pier is only steps away. Watch surfers as they slide across the waves. Try your own skill, either with a board or body surfing. Or, just lay on the sand soaking up California sun.
Whether you choose to stay in the Oceanside area to enjoy the legendary pier or head into San Diego to explore a multitude of attractions, Southern California Beach Club is perfectly positioned to offer easy access to the area's best. Major area draws include the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, the Wild Animal Park, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios and LEGOLAND California.
This timeshare also comes with a discount on this resort or other resorts per night on other available dates. We have booked several units to allow for a family reunion. You can also trade this unit for many other places in the world to explore. If you live locally, you have daily access to use the facilities even when you aren't staying.
We love this timeshare, but not only are we getting older, the grandkids have gone and gotten older too. Now they are off having their best lives.
