Responsibilities:
Ensure all buildings and equipment on campus are in good condition and operating properly and efficiently.
Keep grounds and common areas attractive, clean, and well-maintained.
Respond to requests for installations and repairs in a timely manner.
Perform general maintenance tasks throughout the community.
Use basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems to maintain and repair equipment.
